We do not request any personal or business information except your email address. If you register with us under an email address that has a name or address in email address you accept that this may prevent you from being 100% anonymous.
If you volunteer any of the above information to Azudo, and we receive a legal request from an authority of your country, we are required by law to turn over any information we have on record.
GENERAL TERMS
When purchasing a domain name with us, it will be registered under our name to give you complete privacy, however if you want the domain name transfered to you this can be done. However this will void the anonymity of the domain name and you will be required to give us your name and address.
You can at all times change the DNS settings of the domain name to switch to anonther web hosting provider.
If the domain expires due to non-payment we take no responsibility if the domain is re-registered elsewhere. If your account is terminated/suspended for non-payment all files hosted on your account will be deleted, no backups will be kept.
We reserve the right to terminate your hosting account without notice for any violation of our agreement or any apparent or implied violation of the law. You will lose any files that are hosted on the server(s). It is your responsibility to make any backups, If your account is suspected to be running any illegal activity we will suspend/terminate your account without prior notice and the same backup policies apply. Please note if your account is suspended due to any violation of this agreement you will not receive any refund(s), Nor will any domain names have to be transfered to clients.
Our 30 day money back guarantee only applies to web hosting account holders. Domain names, SSL Certs and dedicated services are non refundable. If your account is terminated/suspended due to violation of our terms and conditions the guarantee will be void.
Azudo may not be held responsible for any server downtime that may incur. If we give a 99% average uptime this may be used only as a guide.
We do not create or keep backups for clients. It is up to the client to keep backups of their files at all times. If the server fails due to any hardware/software or connectivity problems we will not take responsibility for loss of files.
Clients shall not use the Services for junk mail, spamming, stalking or any use of distribution lists to any person who has not given specific permission to be included in such a process.
Azudo, in its sole discretion, may immediately terminate this Agreement if Client engages in any of the foregoing. To report any unacceptable behaviour by a third party using the Services, please contact sales@azudo.com.

Legal Disclaimer:
As an ISP/Hosting Provider we are considered a distributor and NOT a Publisher. Although we make every effort to check our clients websites from time to time we do not have the resources to monitor everything that goes on a clients website or through our servers.
As a distributor we are protected by the Telecommunications Act of 1996, which specifically addresses the question of whether or not ISPs are publishers or distributors. The statute states that "no provider or user of an interactive computer service shall be treated as the publisher or speaker of any information provided by another information content provider. The effect of this provision has been to free ISPs from all liability in defamation cases. If you are hosting such a site that could be considered defamatory, we are forced to remove the site once we are made aware of the breach of our Terms of Service Agreement.

COMPLIANCE OF THE USC CODE
You must operate your site within the guidelines set forth in TITLE 18 , PART I , CHAPTER 47 , Sec. 1030 of the USC code. Any violation of this code will result in the termination of your account.
You must also operate your site within the guidelines set forth in TITLE 18 USC 2257 of the USC code. Any violation of this code will result in the termination of your account.

Adult content websites are allowed on our servers but you must comply with the terms below:

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement may be altered anytime at the sole discretion of Azudo. Clients will be notified of any changes to agreement.
Azudo's anonymous hosting will only collect your email address and ip address at the checkout page. We only collect your ip address upon ordering to help us stop fraud. This ip address will not be given out.*
*When under court order, we will provide only the information specified in the court order. This may include your email and or IP if it resides on our servers.

What else you should know about your online privacy:
